Our successful Travel Sales Consultants are highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated to their customers. They build their own business by creating a portfolio of loyal customers who see them as the "go to" person for all their travel needs. This personal and ongoing service provided in looking after customers is what makes Flight Centre unique – you can’t get that from booking online!

Becoming our newest recruit won’t be easy, but your hard work will be worth it in the end. You’ll face challenges while navigating your way through training and the daily responsibilities of becoming a Full Time Travel Sales Consultant.

 

You'll have experience or proven ability in the following…

  • An optimistic outlook, positive attitude, resilience & ability to problem solve;
  • Determination & drive to succeed;
  • The ability to identify outcomes and close a sale;
  • Attention to detail & a systematic approach to your work;
  • Track record of academic achievement and qualifications;
  • A desire to take ownership and responsibility of your own business; and
  • Travel experience & geographical / destination knowledge;

 

If you are willing to push yourself to fast track your career, we will provide you with comprehensive training, full support and a great working environment. You’ll also benefit from a full-time base salary plus the chance to earn uncapped commission while you learn the ins and outs of becoming one of our travel industry experts.
